Changemaker services

To help changemakers increase their impact and contribute to a healthier planet, all my services are based in psychological frameworks and models. I utilise academic and practical insights, and design thinking to unlock new strategies and habits. Staying up-to-date with developments, I continuously learn (and unlearn) to provide you with the best service. I predominantly work 1:1 as a personal coach, utilising a variety of well-established coaching models and frameworks. My work covers both my private practice, and being an Associate Coach at Genius Within.

My coaching offering includes:

  • Changemaking coaching, including wellbeing
  • Workplace strategy coaching, including neurodiversity strengths coaching
  • Mindfulness coaching

I integrate mindfulness-based enquiry methods and tools to support clients’ understanding of their environment and situation. 

Sessions based on individual needs. We will put a coaching contract in place. 
 
I have regular supervision for coaching and mindfulness and I adhere to the Ethics code of conduct of international coaching standards. 

The models and tools I use include, but are not limited to:

  • clean language/questions/feedback and feedforward,
  • the GROW model
  • understanding the brain’s negativity bias,
  • strengths-based strategies,
  • stress management strategies,
  • 3 Horizons framework,
  • understanding sustainers/drainers,
  • positive neuroplasticity,
  • the drama triangle.

Whether for a one off intervention or a longer term project, I provide strategic advice to senior leaders, teams and organisations on sustainability, social impact and wider employee engagement programmes.

Drawing on my 20+ years’ experience, I use design thinking and user-centric approaches to develop strategies and intervention.

This includes, but is not limited to, senior leadership immersive learning journeys, action plans, stakeholder mapping, group coaching and strategy development.

I look forward to working with you on your challenges and pain points, identifying opportunities and actions that deliver sustainable and lasting change.   

I have designed and facilitated countless immersive workshops and team sessions for team building, strategy development, learning journeys and senior leadership development. To tailor sessions based on needs, I draw on a variety of experiences and models. Less is more is my motto. Whether a small internal event, an inspirational keynote speaker, a session facilitator, a guest lecturer or a panellist at an external event – I am a confident and engaging speaker who is open to ask thought-provoking questions, challenge the norms, share experiences and role model. A percentage of my speaking fees will be donated to causes close to my heart. 

I’ve been practising mindfulness since January 2017 with a daily mindfulness practice. Since training as a mindfulness teacher in 2021, I teach mindfulness programmes, predominantly to groups, in person and online. 

Following the mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) course curriculum, I utilise its framework and tools to adapt to sessions and group sizes. I also bring a mindfulness-based approach into my coaching with both individuals and groups.
 
Furthermore, I run silent retreats.
